  Brian L. Cinelli

  Brian Cinelli is an experienced litigator who has represented clients in both State and Federal Courts in all facets and stages of litigation. He concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, vaccine injury, and products liability. Brian has consistently achieved meaningful results for his clients and has obtained multi-million-dollar verdicts in New York State Supreme Court, as well as some of the largest resolutions and awards on behalf of those he has represented before the United States Court of Federal Claims in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. Brian graduated in 2001 from the Georgetown University Law Center where he was on the Dean’s List and served as an Associate Editor for the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal. Prior to that, he graduated from the State University of New York at Binghamton with a dual concentration in Philosophy, Politics and Law and Political Science. Before founding Schiffmacher Cinelli Adoff LLP, Brian was a longtime founding partner at Marcus & Cinelli, LLP. Before beginning his legal career, Brian worked as a securities trader in New York City for Schonfeld Securities, LLC and obtained his Series 7, 63, and 55 securities licenses. Brian was previously named to Super Lawyers’ New York State Rising Stars List, which is a list representing the top 2.5% of attorneys in New York State who are 40 years old or younger and since turning 40 years old in 2015, Brian has subsequently been selected to New York State Super Lawyers List every single year since that time. His achievements have also been recognized by other publications, including Expertise.com, which named him to the list of Best Personal Injury Attorneys in Buffalo, NY for 2022.

  Todd M. Schiffmacher

  Todd M. Schiffmacher is a seasoned litigator with over 23 years of experience. He has extensive experience representing clients in various civil and commercial litigation matters including breach of contract claims, property disputes, debt collections, fraud claims, landlord / tenant disputes and evictions, real estate matters, mechanics’ liens, labor law claims and construction and contractor disputes. He is personal counsel to several businesses, construction companies and real estate companies. His goal is not only to resolve the case, whether litigated or not, in a timely and efficient manner without sacrificing the best possible result but to also put his clients in a position to make informed decisions about their cases and, thus, their futures. In addition to business matters, Todd has represented hundreds of clients in various personal injury matters including car accidents, premises liability matters, product liability cases, animal bites, wrongful death, and construction accidents. Having previously worked as trial counsel for a large personal injury firm and as an associate attorney for several boutique defense firms, he has not only tried numerous cases to verdict and obtained millions of dollars for plaintiffs, but he has also defended individuals, businesses, companies, school districts, municipalities, and police departments on behalf of insurance companies. He has consistently been recognized as one of the area’s top car and truck accident attorneys. Todd is married and has three children. He serves as a youth soccer coach / trainer and is a member of the Knights of Columbus and Pancreatic Cancer Network. He enjoys reading, camping, and running obstacle course races.

  Aaron M. Adoff

  Aaron is head of SCA’s Real Estate Practice, where he focuses on residential and commercial real estate transactions. He represents lenders and mortgage brokers in several types of conforming and non-conforming residential mortgage loan transactions including, but not limited to, purchases, refinances, construction, rehabilitation, FHA, 203K, VA, SONYMA and Reverse Mortgages. He represents clients in residential and commercial purchases, sales, and refinancing transactions. Aaron has considerable experience in, and dedicates a portion of his practice to, servicing the unique needs of mortgage lenders. Timely and reliable communication is key to his practice in this area; as such, he has implemented firm-wide digital file management policies to ensure secure but around-the-clock access to client files. Prior to founding SCA, Aaron was a partner at a Buffalo-based mid-sized law firm where his practice was focused on civil litigation, including claims arising from construction site injuries, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and products liability. Aaron’s prior litigation practice also included commercial and bad faith matters in which he represented the interests of national and international clients.
